I love it! It is great for so many different things, I use it in my difusser to help me relax! Bergamot is from the Bergamot Orange tree and resembles a cross between an orange and grapefruit. It is wonderful in "Sprays" to be used for a lot of different things. To help make you feel uplifted, to help calm you and even to help refresh the air before you use the bathroom. Can't sleep? Mix Cocoa Butter, Coconut Oil, Lavender Oil, Chamomile Oil and Bergamot Oil. It will create a rub that you put on your feet before bed to help you sleep.
