He wears it for workouts, but also if he's just stretching or whenever he starts feeling pain in his elbows. The sleeve does two things. One it helps to stabilize his arm and it keeps it warm. And since I can just put it in the washing machine for him, he can wear it over and over. It helps when he also just need to wear it for support or for pain.
